About Me

I grew up In Bel Air California. Yes, just like "Fresh Prince of Bel Air".   Well, not all times were golden.  My Family came upon some tough times so we had to travel a lot. I had to go to three different High Schools during this time. Loyola High (Los Angeles, Ca) my freshman and sophmore year,  Saint Bonaventure (Ventura, Ca.)  my junior year, and Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ) my Senior.  I think moving to all these schools has helped me become who I am today.   Someone who knows how to adapt to a changing environment.

From Brophy I was able to get in-state residency and was accepted to Arizona State University, "GO DEVILS!"  Freshman year was unforgettable.  I met my future wife and many other great friends that year.   I graduated in 98 with a bachelors in Management & Entrepreneurship.  While in College, I actually created an interactive bar guide over the touch tone phone....  well that's another story.

In 98 I decided to move down with my future wife to Orange County. Missed that California weather. My first job I landed was consumer lending for Norwest Financial. Norwest was purchased by all those Wells Fargo Home Loan branches you see out there. I met a friend from that company, Alex Alexander. He enlightened me on becoming a wholesale account executive back in 2000. Centex Home Equity was the company that opened me up to the love of this business. I remember the first time I talked to a broker and had to put him on hold 3 times to ask Alex questions. "Hey, what's a Basis Point?" But after just one week, I knew this is what I wanted to do.

To build relationships with brokers

Brokers that will remember me, feel comfortable with how I do things, and vice versa. I look forward to building new relationships and maintaining those I already have.

Thank you,

John Reiher - Your Wholesale Account Executive
